Terms and conditions of return

The present general conditions of returns were updated on 01/07/2020 and are applicable since this date on the site

It is possible that an item arrives damaged in transit, for that you have 24 ​hours to notify the WoodPlayLearnFun team by email after receiving the item and request an exchange. After this period WoodPlayLearnFun cannot be held responsible for the defective item.
You must make the request by message via the email address mentioning your contact information and the order number that was assigned to you as well as visual evidence of the defective item.
When returning a defective item, you are required to return your items in their original packaging to the address provided to you. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. You will also need to use a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. Without this, we do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning and WoodPlayLearnFun cannot be held responsible nor is it obligated to refund you.
Upon receipt of the proof of return, WoodPlayLearnFun will exchange or refund within 18 days of notification of your request, provided that the returned items are received by us and meet our return policy.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items purchased during sales periods or during exceptional sales (sales, private sales, trade shows, dress sales) or provided with a promotional code or a promotional offer, will not be refunded (in the form of a voucher), nor exchanged
