What are the shipping times for Fun&More products?

Your order is shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after receipt of payment. However, due to high demand, our delivery time may take 6 to 10 business days depending on the delivery service.



How do I know if my payment is secure?

When you purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page.
Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers at all.



Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-4 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system.


What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If the shipping address is incorrect, you must email us within 60 minutes of placing your order.
We cannot guarantee 100% that changes will be made. Please be sure to check your order before confirming your purchase.
If your order was shipped to an incorrect address as indicated in your contact information, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can make the replacement.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and Paypal. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
