General terms of delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. For reasons of tracking packages, it is impossible for us to deliver orders in the bases or other premises of the Armed Forces.

The customer must verify the completeness and compliance of the information it provides to Fun&More. Our company can not be held responsible for any input errors and consequences in terms of delay or error of delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment will be charged to the customer.


1. DELIVERY COSTS

For all orders, we take care of the preparation and packaging costs free of charge, and that without minimum purchase.

The shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of the order according to the weight, the size of the ordered products as well as the delivery address.



2. DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time depends on the delivery address and the carrier. Due to high demand, our delivery time may vary between 8 and 18 working days.


3. DELIVERY ZONE

The geographical area of delivery of the store Fun&More is spread across the World continent.



4. PACKAGING

The products are packaged to meet the standards of transport in force, and to ensure optimum protection of products during their delivery. The customer is asked to respect these same standards for any type of product return. In case of a return of product, if we find that the product returns to us damaged because of a packaging of insufficient quality, Fun&More may decide to reimburse only partially the product (under voucher) or refuse to reimburse it in case of impossibility of resale in the state.



5. ABSENCE OR DELAY OF DELIVERY

In the absence of delivery on the scheduled date or, failing that, more than 21 days after the date of purchase of the product, the buyer may request the seller to deliver the goods within a reasonable additional period. If, despite everything, the delivery does not take place, the purchaser can ask for the cancellation of the sale. The seller must then reimburse the totality of the sums paid by the buyer as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days.



6. DAMAGED PACKAGE

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the buyer can return the package if it is damaged during transport. If the buyer wishes to return the package, he must inform the Customer Service as soon as possible at excellencehiguquality@gmail.com, so that our services take the necessary measures as soon as possible.




7. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither of the two parties will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution will be delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or a force majeure.

Will be considered as fortuitous event or force majeure all facts or circumstances irresistible, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and which could not be prevented by these last ones, in spite of all the efforts reasonably possible.

The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within 10 working days of the date on which it becomes aware of them. The two parties will then meet, within a period of 1 month, unless impossible due to force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than 3 months, the present general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.

Expressly, are considered as force majeure or fortuitous events:

- Total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blockage of means of transport or supplies for any reason whatsoever, governmental or legal restrictions, computer breakdowns, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning;

- Telecommunication network outages or difficulties with external telecommunication networks.
